BOCS Ticketing provides ticketing services for events encompassing all aspects of live entertainment, from theatre, opera, music concerts and dance through to highly successful musicals and sporting events.

HOW TO BOOK

Patrons may book their tickets conveniently through one of the facilities below.

Accepted Credit Cards
Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Cheques
Cheques are accepted up to 5 working days before an event and ID is required.

Transaction Fees
Applicable fees are: a $6.60 transaction fee applies to all Phone, Fax, Internet and Mail bookings. A transaction fee may be for a single ticket or for multiple tickets, which are purchased at a single point in time. If you choose to have your tickets delivered by Registered Post, a $8.80 transaction fee will apply, which is inclusive of $6.60 transaction fee. The transaction fee is NON refundable.

BOOK ONLINE

All events that are currently on sale can be selected for purchase using BOCS Ticketing online. Online ticketing provides a 24 hour, 7 day a week access to ticket purchases. The tickets selected by the BOCS system are the best available at the time of your enquiry. BOCS Ticketing online not only provides a method for purchasing tickets but also provides event dates, times, ticket prices and information about the event. All prices online show separately the value of the ticket(s) and any applicable transaction fees . All prices are inclusive of GST. Frequently Asked Questions.

You may also book in person at any BOCS Ticketing Outlet or Agency . When purchasing tickets from a BOCS Ticketing Outlet you will not be charged a transaction fee. When purchasing tickets from an Agency, an Agency fee will be charged per ticket. More Information

DISPATCH OF EVENT TICKETS

POSTAGE
Where there is sufficient time for postage (i.e., a minimum of six business days) tickets will be mailed to the address supplied. Tickets can only be posted to Australian addresses.
Tickets for addresses outside Australia will only be available to collect from the event venue on the day of the performance only for Reserved Seating events, unless otherwise notified.

COLLECTION
Tickets purchased with Care of Box Office (COBO) delivery option will be collectable from the Box Office of the Venue where the event is held from one hour prior to performance commencement time, unless otherwise stipulated in the event information page on this website.

Where there is insufficient time for postage or no ticket collection facility available, tickets may still be purchased through the BOCS Ticketing Outlets and Agencies.

When you book with BOCS Ticketing, please provide your name, address, credit card details, telephone number and e-mail address. This information allows us to fulfil your ticket request, track your order and contact you if necessary regarding your booking.

GENERAL ADMISSION EVENTS POLICY
There is no refund or replacement of Lost, Stolen, Destroyed or Not Received via Post tickets. General Admission tickets purchased via our website are automatically mailed by Registered Post.

LOST, STOLEN OR DESTROYED TICKETS

If tickets are lost, stolen or destroyed, please contact BOCS Ticketing on (08) 9484 1133. You will need to provide the following information:
• event title,
• date and time of the event,
• number of tickets purchased,
• date of transaction and Transaction Reference number,
• the type of payment.

BOCS Ticketing will explain the procedures for the venue or event you are attending. A Replacement Ticket Fee will apply for Reserved seating events tickets.
For General Admission events it is not possible to provide access to the venue if tickets are lost, stolen, destroyed or are not received in the mail.

POSTPONED OR CANCELLED EVENTS

From time to time an event or performance may be cancelled by the promoter.
Should this occur you will then have the option of a full refund or tickets or the opportunity to attend an equivalent session. Please note that handling and service fees are non refundable. (Refer to Conditions of Sale and Code of Practice in Legal ).
