Transport

Located on Pier Street in Perth, and serviced by buses along St George's Terrace. The free Red CAT service includes a stop near the Playhouse Theatre on Pier Street. The Red CAT operates every five minutes from 6.40am-6.20pm Monday to Friday (except Public Holidays), and hourly on the weekends between 8.30am and 5pm.
The Perth Railway Station is just a short walk away.

Parking
Under cover parking is available in the Law Chambers Carpark with Access via the laneway off Pier Street, along the right hand side of the theatre. The carpark is only open for evening performances from 6:00pm to midnight and a fee is charged per vehicle.

Access

It is recommended that all patrons with special requirements state their needs at the time of booking tickets.

The Access facilities include:

• Wheelchair access to the auditorium via the laneway on the right hand side of the building.
• Wheelchair accessible toilet in the Main Foyer
• Special allocated seating in the Stalls
• An infrared hearing system available on request
• ACROD Parking Bays are available at the Law Chambers Car Park, which is accessible via laneway adjacent to Theatre entrance (open for evening performances only)

General Information

Since 1956, the Playhouse Theatre has been the home to several professional theatre companies. The venue is ideal for drama and dance productions. The Playhouse Theatre’s main auditorium features raked seating for 427 patrons.

Purchasing Tickets
Tickets may be purchased in person at the Playhouse Theatre, Monday to Friday 10.00am – 4.00pm or at a BOCS Ticketing Outlet / Agency*. Credit Card telephone bookings may be made through BOCS on (08) 9484 1133 from 9:00am to 8:00pm, Monday to Saturday. (Excludes Diners Card). Tickets can be purchased online 24 hours 7 days a week via the BOCS Ticketing website. * Agency fees may apply,

Bar facilities are available on performance days and nights.
