BOCS Ticketing is Western Australia’s premier ticketing agency. It provides ticketing services for events encompassing all aspects of live entertainment, from theatre, opera, music concerts and dance through to highly successful musicals and sporting events.

For event promoters, BOCS Ticketing provides an entire range of services that include: providing up-to-date information on events to patrons, processing ticket bookings, printing and distribution of tickets, and providing sales reports.
BOCS Ticketing publishes a monthly What’s on BOCS Entertainment Guide. This publication features information on current and upcoming events and is free to the public at an outlet or agency. LOST, STOLEN OR DESTROYED TICKETS
If tickets are lost, stolen or destroyed, please contact BOCS Ticketing on (08) 9484 1133. You will need to provide the following information:
• event title,
• date and time of the event,
• number of tickets purchased,
• date of transaction,
• the type of payment.
BOCS Ticketing will explain the procedures for the venue or event you are attending.
For General Admission events it is not possible to provide access to the venue if tickets are lost, stolen, destroyed or are not received in the mail.
POSTPONED OR CANCELLED EVENTS
From time to time an event or performance may be cancelled by the promoter.
Should this occur you will then have the option of a full refund or tickets or the opportunity to attend an equivalent session. Please note that handling and service fees are non refundable. (Refer to Conditions of Sale and Code of Practice in Legal ).
