The BOCS Ticketing Homepage is the starting point for your visit to the BOCS Ticketing website.

Members Registration - you need to be registered as a member of the BOCS Ticketing website to purchase tickets.  Members of the previous BOCS Ticketing website need to register their details again. To register, please click on the Members Login/Register button, then on the Register New User link, and fill in the Member Registration form. Passwords have to be alpha-numeric, no special characters or symbols. Please note that you need to have cookies turned on in your internet browser.

News
Includes information on upcoming events, new date releases for shows, extended seasons, special offers.

This page outlines the various methods that can be used to contact BOCS Ticketing and its Outlets and Agencies.

New Events
Are events and shows that have recently gone on sale on BOCS Ticketing. You can select any one of these events to be fast tracked to their respective information page.

Visitors using Internet Explorer 8 need to click on the Compatibility View button on their browser to optimise the viewing of our website.

HOW TO SEARCH FOR AN EVENT

ALL EVENTS

• Click on the Search button and all events will be listed.
• Click on the event title link to view the event information page, which includes dates, prices, synopsis, venue information, seating plans (where applicable) and any other relevant information to assist with your booking.

BY KEYWORD

• Type an event Keyword, usually the event title or part of it, in the Keyword field and click Search.
• Click on the event title link to view the event information page, which includes dates, prices, synopsis, venue information, seating plans (where applicable) and any other relevant information to assist with your booking.

BY CATEGORY

• Choose an event category from the dropdown list and click Search.
• Click on the event title link to view the event information page, which includes dates, prices, synopsis, venue information, seating plans (where applicable) and any other relevant information to assist with your booking.

BY VENUE

• Choose a Venue from the dropdown list and click Search.
• Click on the event title link to view the event information page, which includes dates, prices, synopsis, venue information, seating plans (where applicable) and any other relevant information to assist with your booking.

BY DATE

• Click on the DATE button, and choose the date of your choice in the Calendar, then click Search. You may only choose a single date at a time, not a date range.
• Click on the event title link to view the event information page, which includes dates, prices, synopsis, venue information, seating plans (where applicable) and any other relevant information to assist with your booking.

BUYING TICKETS

SELECT YOUR EVENT

Find the event of your choice via the Search methods outlined above.

If viewing the Event Information page, click on Buy Now, and a separate webpage will display all available performances.

Event with Multiple Performances

• If the event has multiple performances, choose the performance date and time and click on the Continue link.
• If the event is a reserved seating event, the next webpage displays the Parts of House. Select the Part of House, and click on the Continue link. The Price Reserves with the relevant discount codes will be displayed. Select the quantity of tickets to purchase (please note you may not select more than 10 tickets per event) and click on the Add to Basket link.

Single Performance Event

If the event has a single performance, the Price Reserve, Part of House and discount codes will be displayed. Select the quantity of tickets you wish to purchase and click on the Add to Basket link.

DOUBLE CHECK YOUR RESERVATION DETAILS IN THE TICKET BASKET

• If you have made a mistake whilst selecting your tickets, you may remove all items by clicking on the Remove All Items link, or the Remove link next to the single item.
• If you wish to add more tickets to your basket, click on the Add More Items link. If the details of your reservations are correct, click on the Confirm and Book Now link.

FINALISE YOUR PURCHASE

You need to be logged on to our website in order to finalise your purchase.

If you already a Member, please type your Username and Password and click on Log On.

If you are not a Member, please click on the Register New User link and follow the prompts.

Please note that all Members of our previous website need to re-register their details with our new website.

Once logged on, the Customer Confirmation page will display your personal details and the details of your purchase, including the delivery method of your tickets and the applicable transaction fee.

If the details of your reservation are not correct, please click on the Return to Basket link prior to submitting the purchase, and modify your reservation.

If your Personal Details are not correct, please click on the Change My Personal Details link and update your Personal Details as required.

Please do not submit your purchase if Personal Details are not correct.

If all the details of your purchase are correct, click on the Confirm and Book Now link and follow the prompts.
