Members Registration
You need to be registered as a member of the BOCS Ticketing website to purchase tickets. To register, please
click on the Register button above the search box in the header area of the website, and fill in the
Member Registration form. Passwords have to be alpha-numeric, no special characters or symbols.
Please note that you need to have cookies turned on in your internet browser.
Searching Events
There are two types of searches available on the website. The first type is using the search field in
the header area throughout the entire website. Simply start typing and a menu will expand showing
events, venues and articles which match what you are typing. To narrow the number of results
appearing in the menu, keep typing and the search results will become more specific. To jump
straight to a result, stop typing and click on the relevant event, venue or article name.
The second event search option is an advanced search in the right hand column of the What's
On page. Here, you can specify a keyword, category, venue and date range. Enter then desired
information into the available fields and click the search button to view a listing of results.
Browsing Events
To browse our listing of events, click the What's On link in the main navigation. The top 20 events
will initially load. You can browse an A-Z listing of all events by clicking the A-Z tab. You can also view
all events on a particular day by clicking the Calendar tab and clicking on the relevant date.
A listing of events categories is located in the right column where you can click on a category to view
a listing of events within the category. Within each category you can also view an A-Z listing and
calendar by using the tabs.
Viewing Events
To view an event's details simply click the 'more information' link next the event throughout the site.
Each event contains a full description, pricing information and reviews. The right column contains a
buy link, event dates, venue and seating information.
Some events contain image and video galleries. To view large sized images click the image
thumbnail. To view a video, click the play button. You will need Adobe Flash Player installed on your
computer to view the video.
Seasons and Festivals
You can view a listing of all seasons and festivals in the right hand column of the What's On page.
Click on a season/festival to view a full listing of events. Each season/festival has clickable tabs
allowing you to view a full description, A-Z listing of events and calendar view. Each season/festival
page contains a right hand column allowing you to view relevant event categories and search for
events within the season/festival.
Venues
A listing of venues can be found by clicking the Venues link in the main navigation. Click on a
relevant venue more information. Each venue page contains a listing of all events at the venue and
clickable tabs allowing you to view a description of the venue, seating plan, calendar of events and
location map. The location map also contains some facilities nearby the venue to help you plan your
night.
BUYING TICKETS
Find the event of your choice via the Search methods outlined above.
If viewing the Event Information page, click on Buy Now, and a separate webpage will display all
available performances.
Event with Multiple Performances
If the event has multiple performances, choose the performance date and time and click on the
Continue link.
If the event is a reserved seating event, the next webpage displays the Parts of House. Select the
Part of House, and click on the Continue link. The Price Reserves with the relevant discount codes
will be displayed. Select the quantity of tickets to purchase (please note you may not select more
than 10 tickets per event) and click on the Add to Basket link.
Single Performance Event
If the event has a single performance, the Price Reserve, Part of House and discount codes will be
displayed. Select the quantity of tickets you wish to purchase and click on the Add to Basket link.
Double Check your Reservation Details
If you have made a mistake whilst selecting your tickets, you may remove all items by clicking on the
Remove All Items link, or the Remove link next to the single item.
If you wish to add more tickets to your basket, click on the Add More Items link. If the details of your
reservations are correct, click on the Confirm and Book Now link.
Once you have a reservation in the shopping basket, you have 20 minutes to add more tickets and / or finalise your transaction.
Finalise Your Purchase
You need to be logged on to our website in order to finalise your purchase. If you already a Member,
please type your Username and Password and click on Log On. If you are not a Member, please click
on the Register New User link and follow the prompts.
Once logged on, the Customer Confirmation page will display your personal details and the details of
your purchase, including the delivery method of your tickets and the applicable transaction fee.
If the details of your reservation are not correct, please click on the Return to Basket link prior to
submitting the purchase, and modify your reservation.
If your Personal Details are not correct, please click on the Change My Personal Details link and
update your Personal Details as required.
Please do not submit your purchase if Personal Details are not correct.
If all the details of your purchase are correct, click on the Confirm and Book Now link and follow the
prompts
