Personal Details and Registration


  • Do I need to register as a Member to purchase?
    Registration is necessary to purchase tickets via the BOCS Ticketing website. Click on register and enter details to create an account
  • How do I update my personal details and password?
    Once logged on click on view or edit my registration details amend details or change password click on update my details
  • How do I retrieve a forgotten password?
    Click on login enter email address, click I have forgotten my password and a password will be emailed
  • How do I know my details and data will be protected?
    When you book with us your details are required to allow us to fulfill your ticket request, track your order and make contact if necessary regarding your booking. For further information click please visit our legal section

Event Bookings


  • What credit cards are accepted?
    BOCS Ticketing accepts VISA, Mastercard and American Express
  • What is a credit charge surcharge?
    A credit card surcharge applies to bookings on selected events. The surcharges includes credit card fees and administration costs.
  • How do I purchase an accessibility ticket?
    If you require specific seating arrangements, please phone (08) 9484 1133 - Mon to Sat 9.00am to 8.00pm and our box office staff will advise you of the best seating arrangements for your needs.
  • How many tickets can I purchase online?
    The maximum number of tickets permitted to be purchased online is 10, this may vary dependent on the event
  • Are concessions available for all shows?
    Concession prices are at the discretion of the Promoter. Check the information on the show you wish to purchase to find out if they have differing ticket prices
  • What is a promotion code?
    A Promotion Code is a special code that allows access to exclusive pre-sales or special offers
  • If an event is cancelled will I receive a refund on my ticket?
    In the event of a cancelled performance you will receive a refund on the tickets
  • Do transaction fees apply to bookings?
    A transaction fee will be applied at the end of your purchase. This fee applies to bookings made online or through the Call Centre 

Ticket Delivery & Collection

  • When will my tickets arrive by mail?
    We endeavour to deliver tickets within Australia in 7-10 working days in accordance with Australia Post guidelines
  • How do I get my tickets when booking more than 7 days before an event?
    When booking online more than 7 days prior to an event, you can choose to either have your tickets mailed to you or left at the box office for collection
  • How do I receive my tickets when booking less than 7 days before an event?
    When purchasing tickets online within 7 days of an event, your ticket collection method will default to 'box office collect'. This means you can collect your tickets from the relevant venue box office prior to the start time of the event. For events that do not default to 'box office collect'refer to the event information page for 'online sales'
