Rudi is responsible for the strategic leadership and implementation of the broader ticketing and marketing objectives of Perth Theatre Trust under whose charter BOCS operates.
With 37 years experience in the media and entertainment industries working with Seven Network and Hoyts Corporation, Rudi brings his commercial knowledge to BOCS and Perth Theatre Trust.
Rudi is responsible for the overall management of BOCS in addition to developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote BOCS as a first class ticketing service provider in Perth.

Lionel Henry
Director of Finance and Administration
Lionel's responsibilities cover the financial wellbeing of PTT and BOCS. He is a member of the Finance Committee and responsible for the overall financial results of PTT.
Lionel's role also covers the accounting and financial responsibilities of BOCS Ticketing by ensuring that revenue from ticket sales are securely held in trust and following delivery of a performance or event the funds are distributed to the promoter in a timely manner.
Jo-Anne McVee
Client Services Manager
Jo-Anne has 17 years experience with BOCS Ticketing working and understanding the business of ticketing from the 'ground up'. She has experience in all aspects of ticketing.
Jo manages the ticketing requirements of venue hirers to ensure that their ticketing requirements are fulfilled. She also manages the event build process ensuring accuracy of each event build and works closely with her team of client relationship officers and event builders to deliver superior customer service.

Terryl Moir
Operations Manager
Terryl joined BOCS Ticketing in 1987 as a Customer Service Representative serving the public with ticket sales for all forms of entertainment.
As Operations Manager, Terryl is responsible for the service delivery to patrons purchasing tickets and other BOCS services. She is also responsible for the Customer Service Centre (Call Centre) which takes telephone bookings and the Theatre Box Offices and independent agencies selling tickets on behalf of BOCS.

An organisation is only as good as the support its management receives from its staff. BOCS have the equivalent of 50 Full Time staff engaged in Client Services, Event Building, Information Technology, Call Centre, Group Bookings, Box Office and Finance, each committed to providing our clients and theatre going patron with exemplary service.
Whether a client requires assistance with the scheduling their event to go on sale, determining what price barriers to have or marketing to group bookers, an experienced staff member or informed Call Centre operator is always available to assist.
