Perth Theatre Trust (PTT) operates BOCS Ticketing and Marketing Services, a computerised ticketing facility that offers an efficient and convenient service for both venue hirers and patrons.
BOCS provides ticketing services for events ranging from theatre, opera, music concerts and dance through to large-scale musicals and sporting events.
Through the Trust, BOCS is committed to offering quality service to its customers. With the implementation of the BOCS Improvement Project, BOCS is working with its clients to assist them in the development of their audiences, and to ensure a seamless and positive purchasing experience for patrons.

Our Services
- The BOCS website offers a 24-hour booking service. It is user-friendly and allows patrons to view video, read content and see photographs of the various productions. Users can purchase tickets on a secure website and search for information about the venue, seating and more.
- The BOCS Perth-based call centre operates six days a week from 9.00am-8.00pm (except on some public holidays).
- BOCS has a large database of regular group bookers from some of the major commercial, educational and social organisers in Perth. This subscriber database is used by local and national promoters for marketing group sales for productions staged at PTT venues.
- BOCS has the one of the largest patron databases in Western Australia. It has a range of statistical information to ensure targeted marketing.
- BOCS has 12 sales outlets across metropolitan Perth and provision to increase the number if necessary.
- BOCS offers interstate patrons the opportunity to book a complete package including travel, accommodation and tickets to any event it sells tickets to.
